Shipping

Because we’re a small, two-person team running a niche business, we typically fulfill orders once per week. All orders ship on Tuesdays, so any orders placed after 12PM CST on Tuesday (as well as any orders placed Wednesday through Monday) will be shipped the following Tuesday.

If you need your order sooner, we do offer rush shipping for an additional fee—just add rush shipping to your cart when checking out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Because of our current capacity, we’re unable to offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to do so in the future as our business grows.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We strive for perfection in every die we craft, but due to their handmade nature, slight variations may occur. Subtle signs of the molding process—like a minor uneven edge or a faint imprint—are part of what makes each piece truly one-of-a-kind. We take pride in these small, unique details as they reflect the care and artistry that go into our work.

As a small family business, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds, including for the characteristics mentioned above. However, we do understand that special circumstances can arise. If you need to explore an exchange, we’re happy to review it on a case-by-case basis. There is a $10 restocking/processing fee, which includes the cost of return shipping both ways.
